
What is personal training online?
A personal step-by-step training plan designed specifically for you based on your fitness levels, ability and goals. My detailed plans include technical exercise videos for you to follow and complete in your own space at a time convenient to you.
Also included are regular catch ups with myself via email, phone and video call to discuss your progress etc.
Online live video training sessions are also available on request (at an additional cost) so you can train in your own space with me talking you through the session and encouraging you on each exercise.
Event or sport specific training - If you're training for a special event like a tough-mudder or a marathon etc. I can help you with specific training guides and plans and motivate you through each step to reach your goal.
All my clients will receive nutritional guidance so you can achieve your goals including weight loss, lean muscle gain, sports specific training, general wellbeing and maintenance.
Flexible and adaptable ideas that are tailored to you and can be integrated into your lifestyle.
Using daily and weekly calorie and macro targets and breakdowns (carbohydrates, fats and proteins) to ensure the correct balance to support your training plans, meet your training goals and fit into your day to day life, including the odd treat now and then…

How long is a typical P.T. Session?
A typical training session will last exactly 1 x hour. (Times may vary slightly for first time visits to accomodate for a brief consultation 'chat')
What clothes should be worn to train?
Obviously your workout attire is up to you but should be comfortable, loose-fitting (to allow for flexibility and movement) and it's always advisable to wear layers which can be removed if your temperature increases.
Do I have a consultation before I train?
Yes, before we get stuck in, I'll ask you some relevant questions in a pressure-free, relaxed and comfortable conversation.
Will it hurt the first time?
I think you already know the answer to this question :-) But don't worry, the first session will be just a taster and evaluation.

How far do you travel for home visit Personal Training?
It's a local Hertford service, so the radius is generally 3km from the N.C.P.T. address but is slightly negotiable.
